Following in his father’s footsteps, Bradley Guy Smith joined the firm in 1995 after graduating from Regent School of Law.  Since then Mr. Smith has devoted all of his practice to the representation of injured workers in workers’ compensation proceedings and disability retirement proceedings.  In addition to serving as a panel member at The Florida Bar’s Advanced Professionalism Seminar, he has also traveled to Tallahassee to lobby for the interests of injured workers as part of the efforts of the Florida Workers’ Advocates.  He is Board Certified in Workers’ Compensation by the Florida Bar.  Mr. Smith resides in Lakeland with his wife and two children.
