Motorcycle riding continues to be a growing trend and so are motorcycle-rlated accidents.  With an estimated half a million motorcycles registered in Florida, accidents are bound to happen.  Last reported year, 9,618 reported motorcycle crashes resulted in 8,519 injured motorcyclists and passengers as well as 502 fatalities.*  Accidents do happen, but they’re not always related to motorcyclist error.  There are other contributing factors such as:

  • Road hazards (potholes, uneven pavement, etc.)
  • Limited visibility of other motorists
  • Motorcycle defects
  • Negligence or wrongful conduct of the other party involved

If you or a family member has been injured in an accident that involved a motorcycle, you need an experienced lawyer who is aware of the laws that pertain specifically to motorcycles.
